At around 1815 hrs, Station 28 was dispatched with Station 44 for a reported structure fire. County advised multiple calls while Car 28 and Car 28B were responding and a second alarm was transmitted. Car 28B arrived first and advised working fire in the A side of the structure. Car 28 arrived seconds after and established command. With fire venting out the front door the hand line was stretched off of Engine 441 to the rear of the house. Under the direction of Deputy Chief 44B (Operations) the crew of four entered the C side of the structure and pushed the fire back out the front of the house. Squad 28 arrived and the crew streched a 2nd line to the C side. After knocking down the bulk of the initial fire, a line was repositioned to the front of the home. Deputy Chief  28B (Interior) supervised the suppression of remaining hot spots including the placement of two additional hand lines to extinguish minor extension on the second floor closet and dormer areas.
